Your appointment information
The appointment form collects your name, phone number, optional email, town, preferred visit date and time block, service choice, and any notes you choose to share.
How it is used
Cenla Tech Companion uses this information to review your request, contact you about your visit, coordinate service, and maintain appointment records. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment or collect payment.
Where it is kept
Your request is stored in the website’s hosted database. The appointment management page requires owner sign-in. Website hosting providers process data to operate the site.
Keep sensitive information out
Do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or sensitive medical information. You can share your street address directly when your visit is being arranged.
Questions or corrections
When Vivica contacts you about your request, you can ask to correct or delete your appointment information.
