One basic device setup
Set up one phone, tablet, computer, or printer: connect to your existing Wi-Fi, review basic settings, and walk through everyday use. Data transfers, additional devices, and network repairs are quoted separately.

Configure approved family contacts, available emergency settings, and either video calling or a shared calendar, with a walkthrough for the caregiver. Additional devices and larger setups are quoted separately.

Elsewhere in Rapides Parish, any travel charge is quoted before booking. Extra time, additional work, hardware, and paid software are not included; any added cost requires your approval. Basic Tech Help is $65 for up to 45 minutes. A 90-minute Tech Confidence Visit is $99. Basic setup for one new device is $99, and the caregiver package for one phone or tablet is $149. See the pricing section for inclusions. Any additional work or travel charge is agreed before you commit. No payment is collected through this form.
Your submission is an appointment request. Vivica will contact you to agree on a time and service details before the visit is confirmed.
Have the device and its charger available, and think about what you’d like help with. You should enter passwords yourself when needed; never include them in your appointment request.
